Rescue mission with “Cave-Link”
If there were no HAMs, the guys on the actual rescue mission in the “Riesending” cave located at the German / Austrian border could not send messages from a depth of 1000 meters. We keep our fingers crossed for a save return of all helpers and the injured man! So once again hamradio is useful in real life – not just used as someones “weird, antiquated, outmoded, moldy” hobby. 😉
